In a world of orange chicken and fortune cookies, two culinary architects spent decades mastering the art of fast-food empires. Royce Chow, a 30 plus-year Panda Express veteran who rose from bus table to Vice President, and Jie Zhou, an operations maestro who orchestrated the chaos of  restaurants as Director of Operations, had reached the pinnacle of their careers. But Las Vegas—a city built on reinvention—whispered a challenge: “What’s your next act?”
