The Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority are honoring all of our first quarter nominees for their dedication to great customer service at our Customer Service Excellence Recognition Ceremony!

This award ceremony is our opportunity to recognize all of our Customer Service Excellence stars! We invite you and one guest to celebrate your service and commitment to the Las Vegas valley, as we “cool” down and watch the Vegas Golden Knights train for a victory against the Ottawa Senators. This icy celebration will be held in the City National Arena.

City National Arena is located at 1550 South Pavilion Center Drive. Parking is free. Doors open and check-in for the nominees begins at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will be held in the arena.

To commemorate this event, each nominee will receive a special pin and a photograph of the nominee receiving his or her certificate – so smile like you just got your teeth knocked out by a puck!

Breakfast treats will be available and photos will be taken between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Regular business attire /work uniform is appropriate. The program will begin promptly at 10:35 a.m. and concludes at approximately 11:30 a.m.
