Balloon Pros Las Vegas

Stephanie was awesome to work with! I needed balloons for a work event so I found this business on Yelp. I called and spoke with Stephanie and she was very responsive and fantastic to work with. The balloon towers looked great and lasted for the whole week of my event. Balloon Pros was great to work with and even delivered early in the morning for the start of my event. I will happily use them again the next time I need balloons for an event in Vegas.

Wow what an awful experience! The customer service was absolutely disrespectful! One of my employees spoke to stephanie today inquiring about an event we have coming up and was told to try party city and hung up on her...... what a shame. We host a lot of events in the Vegas area, for young girls with alopecia. She had an opportunity to be a part of someone special, but her attitude ruined it. We will not be using this balloon company. What a let down. Do better!

By far the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I texted the Executive Creator Stephanie to get information on balloons for an event. We texted a few times to get better ideas of what I'm looking for and then she called me. From the minute I answered the phone she proceeded to be so aggressive on my budget. I was trying to explain we could reduce some balloons but instead she ended the convo by telling me to go to Party city and hung up on me. I am a business owner myself and I would never treat a client the way she treated me. Little does she know this is an event for little girls with Alopecia. We run many events in Vegas and we will be sure to stay far away from this company.

Balloon Pros are amazing! Stephanie was especially lovely to work with! She was very informative, understanding of what I needed, and even when I needed something she didn't have to offer at the time of scheduling, she was so kind as to have an item specially made! My daughter's party theme was Barbie Land, and with the help of Balloon Pros, our visions merged together helped to bring the Barbie Land theme to life! As for pricing, they are higher priced than some other companies that we looked at prior to scheduling, but I would still choose to schedule with Balloon Pros because of the wide variety of visions they can create, what they have to offer, and their hospitality! I will definitely schedule with Balloon Pros again in the future, and I 10/10 recommend for any balloon needs.

Balloon Pros Las Vegas is amazing!! I called them just 1 day before my son's and niece's graduation party to add some last-minute touches to our backdrop. Stephanie was very responsive and very helpful with getting me a fast quote and answering all my questions. I was grateful that she was able to make this happen on such short notice! They arrived on time to set up, and unfortunately, due to us being behind, we were not ready for setup. They waited 15-20min until we got the frame to set up our backdrop and even helped us put it together when they saw we were struggling. Stephanie and Dan are amazing and very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to add balloons to their special occasion! Wonderful company! My backdrop looked amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Balloon Pros Las Vegas! Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From ordering to delivery to tear down, everything went smoothly. Communication was great and delivery was on time and perfect. The balloon garland we ordered was impressive and made our celebration so festive. The pricing also fit within our budget. I used balloon pros for an event this weekend. They were punctual and professional, and their displays were beautiful. They were the finishing touch in the room and truly gorgeous. Their pricing was also some of the best I found for what you get so the value is definitely there. I could not more highly recommend them

As an event planner, I have seen a lot of balloon designers come and go. The work that I see goes from amateur to high end. I see prices all over the place. Every arrangement I have seen that I have taken notice of comes from Balloon Pros Las Vegas, the design is high end and the cost is affordable. If you are looking for a balLon display, seriously, stop looking any other place. This is the place to go.

Stephanie did an amazing job!! My hubby was extremely happy with his surprise. Unfortunately the plan at first didn't work but Stephanie did everything to make it work for us!! We flew from California I told her what i wanted and she went beyond to make everything work!! Thankyouuuu so much.

Balloon Pros was such a good find!! It was my dads 90th birthday and was looking for something special. I described what colors I wanted and what it was for and gave her freedom to do the rest; it came out great and everyone, including my dad, loved it!
