I cannot say enough good things about this place, we've followed them across 3 locations over the years, I thought it was hopeless finding my dream ring that I saw years ago, the owner Darryl, knew the designer, gave them a quick call and had a sample of my dream ring shipped over just for me to see and try on. Got both my engagement ring and wedding band from them.

Since then, we go to them for EVERYTHING, we brought lose opals and they set my earrings. Opals are a very soft stone that crack easily, it's been years and my earrings are still perfect even with daily wear, no cracks where the progs are and they're still very tight and secure. Their jeweler is top notch.

We also had a custom pendant made when I couldn't find a design I liked, the designer had a 3D virtual version of it ready in literally days for approval. Every single peice of jewelry i wore on my wedding day was from them.

Words cannot describe my awe and gratitude to the entire staff of T-Birds. Who ever ends up helping you, know that you'll be taken care of.

My husband and I stopped at this jewelry store the other day to have my wedding ring inspected and cleaned. First time there. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by the staff. While my rings were being inspected and cleaned, we browsed around. Was surprise that they have a collection of Seiko and G Shock watches.
They also have a nice selection of jewelry.
The atmosphere was comfortable didn't feel pressured to buy anything.
Susie our salesperson chatted with us and took the time to show us several watches.
I would definitely recommend this place.

It's rare to visit a jewelry store that you can relax and just browse without feeling pressure to buy, from a commissioned sales associate. The vibe is chill, the service is top notch and the jewels are beautiful!

My husband & I were visiting the area & stopped by T-Bird Jewels just to look. The staff greeted us warmly, they treated us as if we were part of the family. The owner Darryl was very intelligent, knowledgeable & very patient, he answered all of our questions & guided us through the purchasing process. Darryl & his staff helped us order the most beautiful Wolf Watch Winder and the best part was that we did not have to carry it home. Darryl was able to drop ship it directly to our home in Hawaii, part of the states that most things won't ship to, LOL.

Darryl & his staff also helped me order an amazing set of custom Sapphire Princess cut earrings. It's almost impossible to get a pair of Princess Cut Sapphires to match my ring, but they did. Darryl also specially designed the studs for the earrings with a special backing that I requested. They are now my favorite jewelry.

My Rolex started losing time I went into T-Bird Jewelers there I met Denise what a wonderful lady, she helped with my watch telling me it would be about 3 months providing everything went smoothly. She said when finished it will look as good the day my wife gave it to me. She was right, PERFECT as it could be. When I picked it up Dayrl the Owner gave me a quick education on Rolex Watches. I was amazed the Craftmanship that goes into them. Now I understand why it takes 3 months to repair a Rolex. Quality is what you'll get at T-Bird Jewelry.

totally unexpected I got a call from them for my 1st Rolex two years ago when I just emailed them a few days before! Daryl & his staff are the best, I would even just hang out and have a chit chat. Pretty sad they don't sell Rolex & Tudor anymore but I'm glad they still service it as I brought my Tudor for an adjustment. They have a great selection of jewelries too. You guys are the best, keep it up!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had .they had my watch for over 3 months The watchmaker was extremely rude over the phone. they finally called me to pick it up and when I did I noticed there was a smudge underneath the crystal but amazingly none of them can see it even with all the magnifying glasses I can see it with my naked eye it's my watch I've had for 30 years so instead of listening to the client all they did was try to tell me I don't know my own watch it was crazy yani may think he's the best watch guy in town but he was a complete dick to me and even the worker who tried to help agreed but they all make excuses for this horrible man as an owner if I had this man working for me I would be embarrassed this place may look high end but it's low class in my opinion they tried to blame what I was seeing on everything but a smudge so I said fine I'll just take it to someone else . He yelled at me that he wouldn't warranty it if I took it to anyone else and stormed off like a child as if I would ever let this ass touch my watch again . I have never had it take more than a few weeks to have this watch serviced so when I questioned after a month he got really snotty but he assured me that it would be as good as new when I got it back (his words ) so I waited for this and I never gave a budget so if he would have said anything else needed to be done it would have been fine it was only a few a few hundred so no biggie but he acted like he was doing me a favor in shot I won't ever go back to this place it was a total disgrace.

Excellent place for jewelry repair, cleaning, or, if you're looking for a classic timepiece. Cammie, assisted me with all my jewelry needs. She was fabulous, knowledgeable in her work and she answered all my questions with the utmost professionalism. They work efficiently and my items were ready in a timely manner. I will definitely revisit this location for my next jewelry purchase.

My fiancé was the first to find T-Bird Jewels when he picked out my engagement ring. I finally got the pleasure to meet everyone when we picked out our wedding bands. The store is so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you're almost part of their family which I love.

We never felt pushed or rushed at all. We were able to custom order my band with just a deposit down to make sure we loved it completely before committing. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and would come back again to them in a heartbeat for more fine jewelry.
