Tamra was amazing! I had been searching for a home for such a long time on my own until a friend recommended Tamra. I interviewed her and liked what she had to offer, especially during the housing boom. Immediately, she set me up with her search site with her recommendations, which was awesome. I told her what I was looking for and where I wanted to live and she got to work on it! After only a couple of days, she had found numerous homes at which we scheduled appointments to view. Because of the housing boom many of my offers were not accepted, but we kept trying and she helped me stay positive during the whole experience. Finally, not long after, she found me the home of my dreams and we made an offer. Even though it was out of my price range, she haggled it down to such a low price and my offer was accepted. She even got the seller to throw in some extras. Tamra was there with me through the signing process and always had my back. It's been just a year and half since I bought my home and she still goes out of her way for me. She hasn't stopped communicating with me and I receive many complimentary gifts from her as well. One thing I especially appreciated is that Tamra is dedicated to working with military and veterans to assist with all their needs. She is an expert in her field and knows what she's doing. My parents and I had the privilege of finding Tamra to be our realtor when we were looking to purchase a home in vegas. Really friendly and helpful! Definitely a go-to if you are looking for a home in Las Vegas as some others seem like they don't know what they're doing or not very approachable. Not her. Always a smile on her face and eager to help your home buying needs.
